GTV's Indexing Solution; EC-Indexer™
Attending or watching public meetings
or hearings can be a taxing affair, particularly if they last several
hours and contain dozens of agenda items. Yet, it is every good citizen's
responsibility to participate in local government as much as possible.
To make this process more efficient, EarthChannel developed its EC-Indexer
software, which allows segments of longer videos to be easily indexed.
When played within EC-Indexer's customized Windows Media Player, each
video segment can be individually accessed and viewed. Videos may even
be searched via keyword to quickly find and watch the desired segment.
All GTV programs include unlimited
use of our EC-Indexer software.
